Day of package: includes a welcome coffee, room rental, 2 breaks (11 am & 1 pm) the lunch with beverage, taxes and service charges.
Conference Room: We will arrange the room according to your needs as well as the number of confirmed participants.
Materials: Paperboards with markers, screen, overhead projector and COM boards.
On request, we can hire other special equipment (like slide projector, microphone, video camera or LCD).
Morning Coffee: To start your day off the right foot, coffee and other drinks are provided upon arrival for you and your participants in the conference room.
Breaks: For the morning and afternoon breaks, we offer coffee, tea, fruit juices and mineral water. For the little hunger attacks, our kitchen offers various pastries and snacks (salty and sweet).
Lunch and Drinks: Thank you for choosing your menus in advance (at least 10 days) from our large selection of set menus, or you can leave the work to our chef who will create a menu depending on the season and market delicacies.
We offer mineral water and 1/3 of a bottle of wine per person is included.
